About the Episode
Sometimes you can go for years on autopilot, pushing the inconvenient truths out of the way. We did that.
On paper, were living the dream. A nice house in the suburbs, two good jobs, enough money to take a nice vacation every year. Two smart, ambitious people with the world in front of them.
We kept looking at that life on paper, thinking it was more important than the one we were living, that what our life looked like to the outside world was more important than what it really was in our own home.
If we looked okay, we’d be okay.
- We stayed busy with work so we didn’t have to think about why we didn’t enjoy our leisure time.
- We spent too much money buying things we didn’t need to try to fill the holes in our lives.
- We ignored problems in our relationship, hoping they would go away on their own.
- We ate and drank too much to satisfy an unmet hunger.
In today’s episode, we’re talking about admitting what you don’t like about your life so you can finally do something about it.

And we’ll even show you how to make back the price of the course during the first week by selling an item on Craigslist.
