(Though we assure you the ruins of this old building in Turkey were already demolished when we got there. Promise!)
We didn’t start out as masters, of course. We started out feeling stuck.
Maybe you know what we’re talking about?
Stuck is a good word, isn’t it? It sounds exactly how it feels. And it doesn’t feel great.
Back in 2006, just 2 years after we married, we saw the signs of doom. We worked too many hours, managed our money poorly, ate like crap, and felt even worse.
We didn’t have the time or energy for sex, a social life, or even a home-cooked meal.
It wasn’t until Betsy’s brother had a heart attack and a good friend had a brain injury that we finally cut through the mountain of BS we’d allowed into our lives.
At the age of 37, we asked ourselves the question:
If we knew we wouldn’t make it to our 40th birthdays, what would change about our lives right now?
We wanted to travel the world, together, and we knew the only way our life was going to change was if we did something about it.
So we did.
And here we are several years later with the Cure for Stuck: a bag full of practical advice for you to unclutter your own life, free of BS and woo woo and all the other stuff standing in the way of your freedom.
What’s interesting about us (besides Warren’s rockstar hair or Betsy’s infectious laugh), is not that we travel the world or even that we now live in Spain. What makes us worth following is that we share all the practical workarounds and shortcuts we’ve learned since 2006 in uncluttering our lives from what’s not working so we can something that does.
So let’s get started, shall we? Sign up below for our weekly strategies on uncluttering every single area of your life.
